Brigitte brings many years of experience from the educational, creative and therapeutic field. She is an authorised Zapchen teacher, having trained with Julie Henderson and Tony Richardson since 1998 — Zapchen Somatics is the body-based practice that underpins the Embodied Resilience programme.
